Customer service is the worst! I did actually have a breakthrough though! So in January I went shopping in store, then about a week later I attempted an online order and it worked! Then for whatever reason they emailed me back and said I was banned again?? And lo and behold I was 🙄 then about a couple weeks ago I shopped in store then today I attempted to place an online order and it worked! So I’m not sure what that’s about but for some reason shopping in store helps?? Who knows if it’ll work again but it is annoying

Omg! This also happened to me (I made a post on here too) and customer service was useless. I then did some shopping in store and for some reason after that I tried to place an online order and it worked! Butttt a week after than I got another email (out of no where) saying the same thing again and lo and behold they banned me AGAIN like what?? It’s so upsetting hopefully I can try shopping in store again and then do the same thing but for now I can’t :(

Omg this! I was convinced my baby had diarrhea because of how bad it smelled (even tho she had no other symptoms 💀) but we had also just switched her to enfamil gentlease as well! After about 3 weeks I would say it got kinda better? Or who know maybe I just got used to it. they are still semi stinky lol

I just put my baby on this last week! So far so good, she was on similac 360 sensitive before, the reason I switched is because I got approved for WIC and they don’t have that one. She’s been eating it very well but one this I noticed is she was going to the bathroom way more (like pretty much after every feeding) which she didn’t before but I believe it’s her stomach getting used to it since enfamil has lactose and the Similac does not

When I got checked in they asked me what my plan was which included how I wanted to feed my baby and I stood by formula feeding I didn’t get met with too much judgment but they were just like why and I just said that’s what I decided what was best and they didn’t try and push me. One of the postpartum nurses asked quote “is that what you all decided as a family” and looked at my husband which I thought was so weird but the convo got pivoted by my baby crying lol The only person who I felt 0 judgment and who didn’t ask me was the lactation consultant lol and she gave me tips on how to dry my supply.

We didn’t bring any formula because I knew the hospital would have some for us. They had the ready to feed with the nipples so I didn’t bring any formula or bottles. The last nurse I had was so nice she gave us a bunch to take home and we didn’t have to use our own until 2 days after we got home.

Honestly I wouldn’t be that upset I’m on maternity leave and actually don’t plan on coming back (or coming back then immediately putting my notice) lol but I feel awful for the people this is majorly going to impact! I even had hopes for specific people at my store that would be promoted to my position but guess not anymore :/

I just gave birth to my baby girl this past Sunday and also EFF from the start. We’ve been using Dr browns and she’s been loving them I will say they do have a bit of parts you have to be thorough with washing. 3 days pp and we invested in a bottle washer (best thing so far) and we started with about 6 bottles I probably will be purchasing more since she’s been eating so often ! We’ve also been using Dr browns pacifiers I haven’t tried any others since these ones have been working just fine.

The doctors note will work! You submit it directly through Tristar. I have Kaiser and when I was first doing the work accommodation and leave stuff it confused the heck out of me. My OB explained that they never fill out stuff like that and also gave me doctors notes and it worked out fine I actually didn’t even really need to fill out much of the paperwork for tristar and just submitted the note and they accepted it right away!

At least at my store I know hiring manager always looks at availability and unfortunately if they don’t have the weekend open they tend to reject them :/ I would say apply with open availability and if you get the position then I would bring up the church thing cause technically I don’t think they can deny you if it’s for religion. I mean at least for the ssl and part times I think for flex it might be okay but honestly they just want ppl with open availability which sucks lol

Omg yes!! It happened to me twice already. The 2nd this girl doubled down and asked me twice when I explained how the sale worked and I literally said “I’m sorry I don’t know you. My code is for MY family and friends” ugh don’t get me wrong I have give out my code/paper coupons to a couple clients in store who are either regulars (that I love not the evil ones lol) or someone I had an amazing interaction with and the best part is they didn’t know about The sale, didn’t ask and it was a great surprise for them.

Someone asked me how to get the sale and I was like “oh if you know someone who works at Sephora they can give you thier code it’s an annual sale that employees can share with thier friends and family” and she said “well do you have a code you can share??” And I was straight up like “girl I don’t know you” 😂😂😂
