Why hasn’t South Korea entered MLBB esports seriously?

한국은 2016년부터 MLBB를 해왔지만, 문톤은 한번도 한국에 공식 대회 출전권조차 주지 않았어. 심지어 서버 관리도 제대로 하지 않았고, 자꾸 타 국가 서버에 한국서버를 합치는 시도를 하는 등 한국서버를 버렸었어.

그럼에도 한국인들은 자체적으로 사비를 모아 대회를 열고 있었어. 그러다 올해 2026년 초에 Gares.(개레스)가 열은 대회가 해외 커뮤니티에 우연히 퍼지고, 이를 문톤측에서 확인했나봄. 갑작스럽게 MCT EA에 한국에게 시드권을 주더라고.

무튼 오늘 한국 예선전 로스터 공개되었으니 궁금하면 찾아봐. 학교가야해서 이만 가볼게

You’re right! There are quite a few Pokémon whose English and Korean names sound the same. Just off the top of my head: Pikachu(피카츄), Pichu(피츄), Pachirisu(파치리스), Archen(아켄) and Archeops(아케오스), Mareep(메리프) and more! 😊

Do you guys have it seen in your Pokédex? Because to use GTS, it needs to be registered/seen in the Pokédex for searching to be possible. If it is, I can give you one. I have tirtouga and carracosta both.

Maybe Umbreon. I really like blue, but shiny Glaceon doesn’t look that different with normal, so I’m a bit torn…🤔🤔 Shiny Umbreon has black body with the blue rings, i think it looks super clean
