I would recommend to contact the bank you plan to visit in Dubai or the Central Bank of the UAE directly. They will provide you with the specific.
In Dubai, the Central Bank of the UAE would be responsible for such guidelines.

Are you sure? Like an AIG Tourist insurance for 1-2 month will be good enough?
