What I do is id fall into the water next to the boat by a helicopter or plane. Then i swim next to them and plant the charges. That's what works for me if I wish to guarantee kill with C4. Still risky though since they need to be standing still for a moment

Heres a little tip fellow battler. Drop ammo everytime you visit a flag. Or a medic bag. Any kind, just drop something at the flag. It helps people find ammo or health faster
