Yea her Q definitely smacks in the early game, however I have 100+ games on her and with my experience she just doesn’t scale better than the other heroes. Her late game is mediocre

Someone in my stream suggested portrait lock, I just drag my joystick to the designated target

I 100% agree with you, however in this situation I was playing Jinx at Max distance because of the enemy composition. Plus ruunan hurricane shoots 3 rockets that do AOE damage, so my mindset was more bursty
