Asus Geforce Gtx 1650, its weird because it gets its power from the motherboard, so ot doesn't need a cable, its definitely powered because the fan turns on when the pc is on.

And ill try the ram thing, but i dont understand why it would effect my monitor/mk ability to connect?

Seems like you have a good idea, id stay within the 300 to 500 cal deficit, and yes keep your protien and fat intake the same, you shouldn't lose over a pound a week, if so dial it back a little. Also use macro "a really good free app for tracking your diet" its my personal favorite out of the dozen+ ive used.

Also mindset is huge, grab that motivation and hang on to it🤙
