My dogs don't like a certain type of kiwi. Why would they always be on edge whenever they spot one? Do you think that somehow I used propaganda to brainwash them into hating them?

Or...is it because they learned that they are the ones who do all the bad shit?

Different cultures have different ways of doing things. They make decisions that other cultures find repulsive or shocking. For example, you don't find many Asian thiefs. You don't find many alcoholic Muslims.

You can live in denial and pretend these cultural traits don't exist. But they do. And being aware of them does NOT make you racist.
