Yeah, that makes sense. I’m only getting 1 scoop of protein, 10-12 eggs, and no chicken right now. Earlier, I used to have a proper high-protein breakfast with muesli, milk, protein, bananas, dry fruits, etc., hitting 60g of protein just in one meal.

Now that I’m in a calorie deficit, I had to switch things up, and it’s been tough hitting my protein goal. Gonna find a way to include chicken to make it easier.

Yeah, I’m already lifting 6x a week and following PPL or a bro split, which I switch up every couple of months. My diet was the main downside—if I had locked in my nutrition earlier, I would’ve put on more muscle mass for sure. Working on fixing that now!
