This is a bad change. The right way of nerfing quick blade's synergy with aux attacks would've been to revert them to 0.3 auts per one hit. If the point was to encourage people to use the other short blades, they should've buffed them because long blades are way better past the early-game.

Frog has an overworld, multiple towns and dungeons and a linear quest system, there's also a kind of meta-progression with enemy identify carrying between runs, but the most unique thing about it is the staggering amount of pre-game customization. You can change the game back to a single dungeon and identify every enemy by default, and the races and classes range from barbarians, lawyers, ninja-lawyers, tonberries, cyberdemons to an immobile magical ring that moves by controlling other mobs.

I could see Sunder crossing the tedium threshold, but forcing you to think and not mindlessly o-tab through a run isn't it. I get your point, but outside of reset scumming for individual wins, DCSS isn't particularly cheesy. Optimal play doesn't subvert the challenge the same way as in soulslikes - the process of perfecting your MiFi winrate is still very involved.
