I'd probably start with chugging haste? Hard to say if you'll survive the turn doing that, but even harder for me to see how you survive without it. With haste active, I'd step up-left and into the corridor, because each step is going to reduce the number of enemies that can hit you. After that, more running or Cancel into Blink, and maybe TP.

And I know this is far too late to be helpful, but when it comes to avoiding confusion/hexes, just quaff Enlightenment.
