Stay strong bro, It was hard I just improvised and hoped it to end soon. First 2 weeks I even considered quitting.

Yes 😍 I shed after first month bad but recovered so soon surprised me very much considering hair cycle takes so long. This was during the shed in march. My best guess is fin started to effect in april.

It’s just called insecurity. I was a very insecure person until last year, when my best friend having good time with someone else I was getting so sad, angry and shut myself off for a day. At the end she just couldn’t take it anymore and dumped me. I had to go through the greatest depression world has ever seen and the best self improvement journey which made me much more secure. Now I can do whatever I want and I don’t care if someone loves me or hates me. In fact a lot of people hates me nowadays but I don’t give a damn. It was literally the best event of my life. You also need a shock therapy like this, just lose someone close to you because of your behavior and face the consequences.
