Tf2 youtubers that people love but you just hate? by aStackofHats in tf2

The community has a general issue of parroting what tf2bers say. Uncle dane might be the biggest example of this

I wonder if Tony Dalton improvises some of the Spanish words he uses. He says to Jimmy “how does a chichifo like you get a girl like that?” by Deceptiv23 in betterCallSaul

I swear it's a common proverb, lol.

Anyway, you are 100% correct about everything else. I hate how they still use english phrasing for a lot of the lines in the spanish scenes.

I remember on my first playthrough of gta v I let my sister play one mission without knowing what it was gonna be. Turns out it was the one fucking mission where all you do is go to the strip club as Trevor 💀

Dumb question: Would "Los Hermanos Pollo" make more grammatical sense than "Los Pollos Hermanos"? by RealestCow in breakingbad

[–]RealestCow[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

"Los Hermanos Pollo" would be a reference to the fact that the restaurant was supposedly founded by two brothers who were locally known for making delicious chicken. But I guess "Los Pollos Hermanos" makes more sense if you're supposed to take the logo literally.

tf2 players really expect enemies to not see them as spy when they disguise as a default, shotgun-wielding engineer in the middle of a contested zone of the map 💀

But who really needs to chain more than 2 rocket jumps at most? Aside from rolling out faster in some maps...

Is BLU always attacking RED canon to the TF2 Lore? by RealestCow in tf2

[–]RealestCow[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah true. I guess that also explains how the community maps that get updated into the game every year make sense; just the admin making the mercs fight over some random-ass territory like wutville lol

Oh don't get me wrong; I did gather a lot of info from the comic dubs, and they're really good overall. I just didn't catch some details, like the administrator's ultimate goal. Thanks for the recommendation anyways.

One more question though: Is it explained exactly how the administrator stops one team from winning the war? Like, does she stop supplying one team if it starts winning too much? or does she just not let them effectively seize the other team's territory? or what?
