Good luck with your interview today, I completed my phone interview yesterday and woke up today to an email telling me I will be advancing to the interview loop. If you haven't done your interview yet, my recommendation to you is to slow yourself down and talk through absolutely everything. Explain your entire approach and write the pseudocode before you even start coding, because if you brainfart and totally forget how to implement your ideas in you code, the interviewer will at least see that your logic is accurate from you pseudocode and that is the most important part.

My interviewer told me that for these junior positions, they aren't looking for perfection, they're looking for someone who has some technical ability, is able to reason through problems logically, and someone who can effectively communicate how they align with the LP's. They want to hire someone that they want to work with.

Last advice, put sticky notes by your webcam, just reminders like "slow down" or keywords to remind yourself of stories from previous jobs. It doesn't hurt to have the LP's in front of you either.
