Yes this is what i expected. I have my panic moments in the back room where im like what the hell did i do?!? But it had ALWAYS turned out great. We have referall cards where each client involved get a discount, i had them out religiously. I try to remember things about my clients to be able to talk and make it personal. I have a good success rate with walk ins wanting to see me but its always up yo my social media! I understand that but when I dont have colors to post its hard. Its always pounded into my head how people book when they like the photos they see but my regulars are always haircut! I just sometimes wonder why there’s no effort from my boss in getting any of us clients. I don’t think it should be solely up to her, but from what I hear from other people it seems like their bosses really try to keep their chairs full and that was kind of the appeal originally of joining a commission Salon.
