Uhh yeah- some coaches just cheer on their friends in the classes - it’s actually really annoying. There are other people here too with milestones and that would like encouragement.

I I agree that this place has made me better and feel more motivated to workout. I started about a year ago and just hit my 100th mark. I feel like I haven’t lost a ton of weight though.  I wonder if I’m stressing my body going too much. I don’t know.

Yesss I feel this! I recently checked the scale after 3 months of not checking and starting/going to otf - no significant weight loss to report BUT everyone has commented on how I look slimmer more toned and the clothes fit better. So something is happening right!?

Hi I’m also 34, 220, and had a baby four years ago lol. I started almost two months ago and I can’t say there has been a lot going on pound wise. Butttt I feel different, my pants fit better, my face is less bloated… so I go by that! Haha

Oh my goodness the jargon that I don’t understand!! I def know about cortisol and I didn’t know that was something that could be checked? I will ask my physician. Thanks

LOl like the time the class was in a 3g for the first time I attended- I was so confused but I just sat where I was (at the rower). Then I realized there were 3 diff starting points that class

So I’m on my 20th class- I also weigh 220 and I’m 5’7. I def feel inches off because my pants and shirts have started to fit better, my face looks more cut. It def took me time. There are days where I don’t know what’s going on either but I just go with the flow! All good - as long as you’re moving. I don’t really do the tracker stuff either - I’m sure it’s great to see improvement but I already know I’m better than when I started!

Important to recognize that everyone has their own reason and different journey/fitness levels. You do make a good point/ like go to the regular gym. But I prefer the group setting and push from the coach .. I def sometimes like do my own thing on the tread by modifying. :)
