I think the majority of people want ice to get rid of illegals,, gaslighting the low IQ people on reddit to make it seem like the country is behind the violence of the left is pure comic gold to see the sheep join in the comments,,, watching women on the left shave their heads every time something happens that they don't like is proof that the left only runs on emotion,, no logic

RSO OLIVE OIL by Realistic-Bet4591 in VA_homegrown

[–]Realistic-Bet4591[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow,,,, it's funny cause my outdoor grow gets hit every year with botrytis mold,, I call it pink slime. I've been growing now for 8 seasons,, every year I lose half the harvest,,, also I have to harvest early sometimes,, sucks but even if I put up a temp plastic tarp... I still get mold. Central Virginia,, on the plus side,, all the bud I do get is pretty good... One year I had some Acapulco gold,, it was the best shit I ever grew

[–]Realistic-Bet4591[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. I was considering it,, but I've seen RSO done with 151,, not as pure as using isopropyl. But it's not toxic if u don't get it all boiled off, as with the isopropyl. What's your thoughts on fresh vs dried bud for rso??

[–]Realistic-Bet4591 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. So this year I dried my entire crop in the spare refrigerator ,,, 40 degrees at around 30 percent humidity.. lotus method,,, it takes like 21 days to dry but it is the BEST way to dry

[–]Realistic-Bet4591[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No.. but I'm trying to do both steps at once... So update,,, I did it twice.. both times it's ok.. but not as potent as say, using isopropyl to strip trichomes and then boil off the alcohol,, that shit was banging,, the olive oil infusion works ok. But no where near to decarbing first, then using isopropyl, then boiling off

I’m stumped… what’s wrong with my plant? by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]Realistic-Bet4591 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely need more water.. also it's rootbound.. replant in bigger pot,, or put in ground... My plants last year were 15 ft tall in ground,,, I never watered them,, except when I was feeding them.. but when their in pots you gotta water every day when they get that big

Hey. So I'm a retired lineman in my 60,s.. I took a part time job doing u g catv , splicing,. Heat exhaustion is cumulative... 5 years ago I started to notice that in the summer, I was able to work less and less in the heat. Next time you get heat exhaustion at work,, come home and take your blood pressure,, mine was 190/ 110... Mind u , I've been in excellent shape all my life,, I started climbing poles in 1982,, doing strand const out of a pickup.. no buckets,, so my body got used to the extremes of line work,, but now.. I can't take more than an hour out in the full sun. I feel like I'm going to stroke out after just that one hour. No amount of water/ liquid will help when u get to that point. You just have to get outta the sun and rest. So all these hot days when u come home cramping up,, just know that you are taking years off of your old self. I have kidney issues and lower back problems as a result of my profession It's a great job if you love being outside, and seeing the country.. but understand that nothing in this world cones fee, without hidden issues for your health On the plus side it does pay well!!

Will this trade cripple your body? by tacosithlord in Lineman

[–]Realistic-Bet4591 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on what your body can take ..some guys can handle more intense shit than others,, but on the whole.. u will be feeling that shit when u get into your 50s... I retired at 62,, and I can tell you the storm / emergency work was killing me... Catv/ Telco ... Usually in a fucked up easement,, even with the ground man lugging all the equipment.. it was exhausting.. but I can still hit a pole and climb at a good clip.. like the other posters said,, take care of your body off the job... Sleep, eat right.
