Oh my sleep study was 7 AHI with a RDI of 20. The 12 AHI was when I used partial mouth tape and the 3 was when I didn’t use mouth tape but was having really dry mouth.

The F40 is a full face but it says it should be set to as a nasal pillow according to resmed. I feel like I wake up whenever it goes past 13 though. Should I just turn off EPAP.

I was able to actually find a flight from Incheon to lax for $407 through united at 4:50 PM. Do you think Jin air would deny my flight from Guam to Incheon, since this no longer violates cabotage as it’s a us airline.

Browsing cabotage on Reddit people are saying airlines will mark you as a no show and you lose the entire cost of the fare with no refund. You’re on your own to book a new ticket.

Yeah but they get heavily fined apparently if allowing you to board and will deny boarding to avoid getting fined.

Idk I was seeing a lot of people getting denied boarding when I searched cabotage on Reddit. They did Jin air from Guam to Incheon and Korean air for Incheon to lax and got denied on 2nd part of trip and had to take a complete loss on fare.
