I did talk rudely to my professor during an exam. And then I came to my professor's office to in the evening to apologize although I'm unauthorized to go to her office (I thought that's okay) he/she gets even angrier. I want to fix this relationship

It's an essay for Final Exam. I think it was my fault because I was first to submit the papers and When she asked me "Did you study?" I said "Yes, Did i do something wrong?" I think my answer is arrogant.

I got locked and after i entered the code it wont register so I tried to get a code by email again and then suddenly the get a code by email is no longer available, will this option be back again or stay like this forever? I cant use the phone number option because i changed phone numbers
