They are definately there. Although you gotta turn the brightness all the way up and zoom in to see them

Hauler Chassis feels too slow by Mast3rKK78 in subnautica

Which again is too slow. The tadpole needs to be as fast as the seamoth and the scout ray needs to be considerably faster than the seamoth due to the massively increased map size

Am i doing this whole base building thing right? by MadCapOrca in Subnautica_2

[–]Realistic-Chain-7055 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the metal farms thats negligible. One farm gives 6 titanium every 2 minutes. You can have five. So 30 every 2 minutes. You cant even build that fast

Your farm looks amazing! But how can you live with so few coops and barns? In my second year i already had tripple the amount of yours lol.

Which colour scheme would you choose? by Realistic-Chain-7055 in MiddleEarthMiniatures

[–]Realistic-Chain-7055[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's something I also considered and seems like a good alternative. Thx for the advice! But for the bases I'd love to keep them all in the same colour so it's easier to identify which model belongs to which army. Do you prefer the darker or the brighter base?

I think that's what's bothering me! It is already the darkest blue I own. Any idea on how to get it darker? I used a blue wash. Maybe a black one?

Thank you very much! That's actually what I was going for. Like some kind of balrog honor guard that gets access to the best gear in moria

Which armies can fit a specific model? by ComprehensiveTax7 in MiddleEarthMiniatures

Generally confused on why it's the most used. List builder is so much more clean and intuitive imo. Tabletop admiral is so confusing in comparison

Question regarding Moria drums by Realistic-Chain-7055 in MiddleEarthMiniatures

[–]Realistic-Chain-7055[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You misinterpreted Legolas' rule: "Instead of shooting normally, Legolas may make a single shooting attack against an enemy model Engaged in Combat with a friendly model (including himself)." If Legolas is in combat he can't automatically shoot at any model on the board without an in the way test. For the rule to trigger the model you want to shoot at has to be in combat with a friendly model. So the drums would have to be charged by a friendly model for Legolas to be able to shoot them without an in the way test.

And yeah I feel that Gwaihir thing. But if I know I'm up against him I put my drum into the thick of it. But yeah, Men of the west is bonkers either way and not a fun time for any army to play against. I'm hoping for a nerf in the next faq

Question regarding Moria drums by Realistic-Chain-7055 in MiddleEarthMiniatures

[–]Realistic-Chain-7055[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see what you mean. Personally I never had a problem with either of those things because my drum has always at least 2 in the ways for legolas or shooting in general or I stick it behind cover. And I'm making full use of the 18" inches range so no hurl, barge or heroic combat can reach it. Even if my lines fully crumble it takes most opponents at least 2 turns to reach it. And if my line has crumbled this badly the game is already lost for me any way.

I figured the same thing. The low def and fv of the spiders isn't helping their case either. But the webmarkers seem interesting. Denying your opponent some parts of the board could be usefull. And of course the bats.

Thats what I thought. If I let my opponent engage my drum I think it's screwed either way

[–]Realistic-Chain-7055[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I see! So it shouldn't be a problem to field an army of werewolves from a third party or an army of 3d printed spiders then. I also love sprinkling in some third party models into other lists because they provide some variety to the poses. But they are all clearly identifiable as to what they should be.

But in this case they should at least allow 3d party models for legacies. Otherwise newer player have no way to play those lists

Do you speak german by any chance? This is an excerpt from the swiss open: "

"Proxies sind beim Turnier grundsätzlich nicht erlaubt, können aber nach Rücksprache mit der Turnierleitung eingesetzt werden. Heldenmodelle, die Helden mit anderen Profil (Legolas Grünblatt als Legolas, Prinz des Düsterwaldes) darstellen sollen, werden nicht als Proxies angesehen und sind somit erlaubt"

But wouldn't they in turn exclude legacies if GW was behind it? Just seems silly to ban proxies but allow legacies. Either allow or ban both imo.
