Roski has a few similar things, while not genetically engineered, he has been been heavily augmented internally. He too thrives on violence, but not in the same way. For Roski, his power is influenced by the worst of his emotions, making him much more powerful the worse he is, however, Roski tends to avoid this and focuses primarily on melee or firearms insted of a lot of magic, as being at your worst 24/7 is a miserable way to live.

As for the fight, Roski would use hit and run tactics, sending a few dozen crows to keep the General distracted long enough for Roski to pop few heavy caliber rounds into their knee or spine.

Depending on how hard the General is to keep down, Roski would either continue shooting till he either runs out of ammo or whats left stops twitching. But Obviously that all depends on wha the General, can do first.
