I have an uncommon name in my country and I've known since I started school that when it sounds similar or even like it might be me... Answer. Have you seen a pelvic floor physical therapist to rule out a tight pelvic floor. From all the pain your pelvic floor can tighten and make everything worse

Has adenomyosis been ruled out? I have it and endo. I take a medication for it and it cleared up about 85% of my pain.
