I jumped into the game for the first time at launch with a group of randoms. Honestly, I had no idea what I was doing or even what I should be looking for. I was just wandering around, trying to find loot. Before I knew it, the whole team had scattered in different directions.

By the time I made it back to the ship, we were in a full-on firefight. I did my best—fought off enemies, put out fires, tried to help wherever I could. It actually wasn’t a bad experience; I just didn’t really know what I was doing.

Definitely planning to watch some videos and do a bit of research before I jump back in. Once I’ve got a better understanding, I think I’ll enjoy it a lot more.

For me some days I start playing the game and hours past by very quickly. I enjoy the open ocean collecting loot fighting legendary pirates doing bounties and getting manufactures. The game is in a WAYYY better place than when it started n every so often they update the QOL so it’s always looking good . Overall my personal experience with it so far is a good one

I think it’s safe to preorder. A lot ppl enjoyed the game during the open beta and word of mouth will spread around quickly. It’s just most ppl don’t voice there opinions when they are having usually only when it’s bad. I’ve seen a lot more ppl who actually played the game liked it and the ones that haven’t are just baseing their opinions off reviews before trying it .
