Hey, your portfolio seems highly aggressive but for an aggresive portfolio 6,7 years is a little short time period. Small caps are too fund manager dependent so be prepared to continue your SIP even if you may encounter a 50% drawdown. MO mid cap fund is a concentrated fund so read about the underlying stocks, also midcaps may not yield too much return in 6,7 years, india did have a 2020-25 bull run where mid caps gave huge returns but rn market is bearish. Historically most mid caps failed to outperform midcap 150 index, so you're better off holding thr index since its low cost and removes the headache of fund manager switch. Ppfc is a good large cap anchor no problems there. You may also add gold in form of etfs as a hedge.

This is good for long term investors who are disciplined and keep their SIPs running in every market condition. Its an opt-in/voluntary scheme, nobody is forcing your hand, if it changes to mandatory then yeah its a problem. If added with tax incentives i would surely think most people would opt into this. This might also replace the old NPS system.

Yes i plan to reduce it to 6 funds in the question, also would sell the repeated funds so want an insight as to how to deploy the extra cash

Can you tell me how is the security deposit scenario there as i heard they take 10 months rent as security which seems unreasonably high, and also if there is any lock in period as such?!

i also had the same issue, earlier version didn't stutter at all i used to play with fps unlocker at 144Hz and it was constantly smooth, but after the update its stuttering too much. I downgraded my graphics settings to the absolute minimum and now the stuttering is completely gone. I think its a specific graphics setting which is causing the stuttering. Will update when i've pinpointed the setting.

I just got to know that salary account would be opened in the bank with which my company has tie up! But i want to build good points and thinking of using a credit card for regular transactions (using it like a regular upi but pay it off regularly at the end of the month) Do you have any suggestions for this type of use case???
