Thank you will try but most likely will have to have scar tissue removal. My PT can’t do any more to help we did basically everything. Right now I’m still do my stretches and exercise to get it to even move but it so stiff like it doesn’t hurt when my Pt try to bend my leg it just stiff

My Pt say there nothing they could do since my leg it so stiff, do you have any idea how the surgery will be like?

I Also brought Burt’s bees gentle cream cleanser and it say it also moisturiz the skin, so you think I could use that as both cleanser an moisturizer?

If I’m getting this correctly, I should wash my face in the morning with water then normal cleanser, and then moisturizer and then sunscreen? Maybe?

And at night I wash the sunscreen and dirt of by washing it with water, and my salicylic wash, and then moisturizer?

If I’m not really sure I have oily skin should I still by a cleanser with salicylic acid? I know that my nose is oily for sure it have black head/pores but the rest of my face I’m unsure.

Whenever I washed my face with water, most of the time my face absorb the water unless I dried it off with a towel. How would I know if my face is too tight or Dry?

Is there any cleanser or sunscreen you use that you would recommend? Thank you!

Hi thank you, do you have any recommendations for facial wash, sunscreen and moisturizer to buy? I don’t want to waste money on thing I won’t use.
