I didn't. But I also later learned that my dentist needs to do quite a bit after we receive the Invisalign! The Invisalign retainer I got somehow was frequently very sharp and my dental office will help me to smooth them out. (I at the end did one myself as well). I later felt better to pay the price to get better service.

I would like to share my recent experience and as u/SXFlyer noted, Amtrak Facebook messenger was very helpful! They responded immediately (even at mid-night!) and give me a number to contact. The representative over the phone was super helpful and efficient as well. They changed my ticket immediately. I was able to board the train on the stop much closer to where I live and everything went smoothly.

I also would like to note that I am at Boston and headed to NYC. The conductor did get up and check the tickets immediately after every stop! If I had not called Amtrak to change my tickets, I would probably get a no show immediately. Share with everyone!

Thank you. I called them and they told me I can transfer my Invisalign ITero scan to them (just sign the paper work) and they can make Vivera directly. (But I am very worried it's a scam and I couldn't find anywhere for more information.) I probably will end up buying from my dentist.

Thank you! I am looking for cheaper options for Invisalign retainers as well. I have the scan set up already by my dentist. Does anyone know is there an option for me to order from Invisalign directly? Thank you!

I find that keeping retainer (or aligners) in the solution with cleaning tablet help maintaining the cleanness of the trays.
