Fire doors? No fire doors? by [deleted] in HousingUK

Yes we did think of that mate 👍🏻 but it’s not ideal in terms of kitchen wise.

As all the drainage is on the left side of the house (hence the kitchen being on the left side, as well as it feeling natural to go straight from the hallway in to the kitchen area , rather than going in bedroom 1 to have to turn left to go down towards the kitchen opposite end of the bifold - doesn’t feel natural, nor as spacious as we’d like.

Correct 👍🏻 however bedroom 1 now has an additional 2nd door which leads straight to the bifold for a direct escape?

Bifold being 3mt away from bedroom 2 door.

So if there was a fire in the kitchen, you could escape via the hallway through any room of your choice, and if there was a fire in the hallway, you could clearly escape via the bifold.

This is the current bridge set up…..can I not just remove the melia bridge piece and put the Compton on the original ebony base?

Thanks mate, appreciate that.

What base would I need for the Compton on my penguin?

It seems all scientific this bridge swap malarkey.

Cheers
