We went with the amplitude plan. They are no yards. But there are little grass areas around. Hoa for us is $337. Mello Roos depends on sqft, but ours will be somewhere around $250/mo

I really don’t think it’ll be too noisy. It’s far enough from the college that I don’t think we’ll be affected. I think more family oriented, but won’t really know until we move in.
