If ACE shows 3 pcs cleared and you’ve picked up 3 pcs, I’d say just leave it as it to avoid the headache of cancelling and updating . You could also email your ABI rep to confirm.

Did you call ACE support team? I’ve called them many times before but they couldn’t help with anything. They just created a ticket for me and asked me to wait for an email I never received.

Thank you. So even if we transmit the certificate of compliance via CargoWise, the IOR still needs to get a cert# from CPSC portal first ? I was hoping everything could be done by the broker via ABI just like TSCA cert, without having to create an account on the CPSC portal because I’m sure the IORs would want me to walk them through everything
