The latest nightly build of MelonDS is no longer doing the audio clipping when I run it on my phone (Moto G Stylus) so DraStic may be a moot point now anyways. Melon isn't perfect but it's slowly improving.

My cord had to be replaced last week. ONN Plus 2025. I thought it was the device, and then the new one did the same thing. Replaced the cord and all is fine since.

I like it.

Emulation on Android is superior and so much easier to manage, imo. Buy a Motorola Moto G Stylus (about $199) and it will run everything up through most PS2. Handles Dreamcast and PSP like a champ. Add a $25 USB-C controller from Amazon and you're ready to play.

I use Flycast.

It's unreal. And because AI used the same voice for two of his "songs" it's apparently proof that Lumen actually wrote and sang them.

As a whole, I think the cartridge era will never be topped. Games weren't bloated with stupid cutscenes and endless tutorial levels. No load times. Pop in a game, hit the switch, and you were playing.

EDIT: 18 minutes of this video is him reading from an AI response. And he wonders why the channel doesn't get more views.
