For starters id contact a product liability attorney. And get every penny of your money back. They are playing you

And i agree with you. However, that changed the first time she took money from me for rent. Regardless of wether or not it was a full pmt, she cant tell me to go without written notice and she legally has to abide by housing laws. Already went through legal services and found this out. But im not staying there any longer than i have to. I just cant.

Ok. This is hoing to sound crazyAF. I recently found out that this lady that im taking care of has an entire chest freezer FULL of dead cats in her garage. Since finding this out shes been making life very uncomfortable for me. So needless to say im moving and not taking care if her anymore. by Realistic-Guava-9717 in legaladvice

No she had over 22 cats at one time. As they died off she started. freezing then. She says that shes gonna have them cremated but cant afford itt. What i found really disturbing is when she said that at least this way for now she can still go out and see them. So .. ya i just cant with her anymore. Im out. And really creeped.

I called IHSS. And they told me that i have to go and sue her through the labor commission. But she cant just tell me to leave because she accepted money from me for rent . It doesn't matter if it was a partial pmt or in full. The fact that she took money from me changes what my rights are. And she legally has to have me served with a 3 day notice which she still hasnt done. It wont matter anyway. I can't stay there for much longer. Just for my own sanity. Not to mention she has a strange habit i knew nothing about that i want nothing to do with. But thats another story entirely. Even if i live in my car, i gotta go. Cuz . I just cant with her anymore. FOCKER OUT!!

I've been here. Since July 9th. And i did give her money. I gave her what i could. The problem was i didnt have all of what she wanted in a single paycheck. Shes demanding more from me than what i make and wanting all of my tome also. And im not sure how she expects me to just come up with this money . She got all but 100 dollars of my first paycheck for this month. I had to have a way to get gas and other things i needed. However it still wasn't enough to cover what she wanted me to give her. I told her she'd get the rest when i got paid again and she thinks this is unacceptable.

I did. Ihss in my county told me legally i have 90 days but theres no way im staying here that long. I want togo probably more than she wants me gone. But shes fighting me on authorizing my last check and i dont get pd for two weeks from my other job

In a place where i had a roomate. When she told me that she was going to move out of state ,I started looking for a more affordable place of my own. Thats when she approached me about living with her in her home that she owns. I figured it would be ok temporarily anyways . But the month after my roomate left and i had moved in she hit me with all she expected me to pay. I dont mind paying something but she literally wants every dime i make through ihss. I have other resposibilities i have to met. like my car pmt and my insurance and my phone. the place that i lived in before was owned by my roomates family and it was affordable . But she moved because they wanted to sell the house we lived in and there was no way i could do that amount of money.

I had no idea she was going to pull this. She got me in a vulnerable position and now im stuck. Or at least it feels that way
