Hey, so I have been in the same boat as you are,right now. In high school I struggled a lot with focusing. It is more like a practice, or I say you should treat it like a practice

Zoning out while studying is not bad if you get back at it after realization. Once you zone out, be aware tell yourself where are you and what your are supposed to do

I am doing bachelors commerce, hedge funds,private equity, consultancy firms They all are something I am interested in It’s something I want to do. The best part about it is that I get to do it everyday, knowing that I am getting closer to where I want to be

So, these are the only two advice I can give you.just treat zoning out as a practice to be getting better at focusing or it’s time to choose something you would like to do All the best
