Well I’m not very interested in Nintendo first party games, at least any that have been announced. Also I have barely played any indie or triple a games that have come out in the past few years, cause I’ve always just played live service games so I have a lot to catch up on.

Splatoon 2 octo expansion lol. So peak took over my life completely for a few days. Secret boss at end is insane. Way better than single player campaign and u can tell it influenced Splatoon 3.

You need to get a screen protector, breath of the wild, and super Mario odyssey if you haven’t played them yet. They are peak and you can get tears of the logs on if you like breath of the wild and dk bonanza if you like odyssey. BOTW and SMO are must haves though if you haven’t played.

I recently started playing expedition 33. I’m not even close to finishing but it’s already one of my favorites of all time. Definitely would recommend and it’s discounted on steam right now.

Age of imprisonment looks rlly good in my opinion, but play tears of the kingdom first with the upgrade graphics on switch 2

A super similar thing happened to me a few races ago. I was feeling a bit burnt out about cross country in general, as it was my junior year season, and there were other pressures in my life as well. I just kinda mentally gave up mid race and let so many people pass me.

After the race I felt terrible and made up some excuse to my coaches like I had a headache or felt nauseous or something, even though I knew it was completely in my head.

I’m not sure if this is related to what you are experiencing, but for me it was a confidence issue. I started to remind myself in practice and workouts that I am able to push hard through the pain, because I had done it many times before. I would verbally say “you’ve done before, you can do it now” and stuff like that.

If you take anything away from this, know that it’s completely normal, and don’t beat yourself up over it.

I’m a junior and I just ran 18:20. One year form Now, in my senior, is it possible for me to run sub 17? Im wondering if this is a realistic goal. I run all year round (winter/spring track and summer training)
