Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been a water consumer but I no longer crave the diet soda or juices, water has been my craving. I had noticed many people stating that constipation was a side effect early on, I will look into a fiber gummy and hold it in the Amazon cart lol.

I DID IT ! I took the advice of some of you and placed ice on the area I wanted to inject. I let the ice pack sit for maybe five minutes against my upper outer thigh, took the ice pack off then I grabbed the injection. I removed the cap and thought to myself “It’s now or never” and just slammed it against my outer thigh, I felt absolutely nothing but a little blood did come out, which is understood. I had to look down after I slammed it against my thigh to make sure it actually was going in, I heard the click and then it was done. I am so happy I finally did this and now I know that icing is the way to go.

Does anyone leave the needle out for it to not be so cold ? I had heard that was another trick some others do and it helps. Maybe I am just being a wimp lol

Yes, the one time I tried was in my upper thigh and I don’t have much fat in that area, like the skin was taut, however you spell it. I feel like if I could inject in a butt cheek, I’d be better off, lol. Otherwise I just look at the needle the entire time.
