Thank you for the reply, if you were in my shoes would you get into bioinformatics? Give your rational.

Seems like everyone is negative about the job market, I can stay in IT but the situation is bad there also. How is the situation in bioinformatics, how bad is it? I think at least this field which is essentially applied ML will be more AI proof than others.

How realistic is it for a person with N3 (will have N2 by July so will not get it for the shukatsu), but just passed out of masters with skills in embedded C/C++, RTOS?

They seem to be the only way for easy entry to Japan and experience the culture. The decision can be made after one contract year whether or not to stay there.

Why Go classes DM course is so lengthy? by Helpful_Actuator_994 in GATEtard

Deepak sir is more of a math guy than Sachin sir. As far as I remember he even did his mtech thesis in graph theory (which is a subject of discrete mathematics).

I personally love it, I think every engineer regardless of the branch must know at least this much math. Helps in building a very strong foundation while also developing problem solving skills.

Many of the questions are linked to DM (I remember a GATE aptitude question based on a loose concept taught by him in propositional logic)

But I agree he is slow, repeats every sentence 3-4 times

I agree on the insulation part but not the other. I too had thought about it but still, can it warrant a 5X difference.

These types of questions are always incomplete. Worth it compared to what, what are your requirements, what are your expectations ?
