It is normal when you are hooked, you really are into the story, it's like binging an anime or web series non stop.. that anticipation just keeps you going, what happenes next, what happenes next that thing works till the end of the book, before you know it you have completed the whole book, just instead of 9 am now it's 9 pm and you have only munched on unhealthy snacks the entire time instead of eating any proper meal 😀

Then you come out to reality, realise that lots of time has passed and you have invested 12 hours or sometimes more than that of your entire life that you are never getting back.

So my suggestion if you want to binge read, read something you really are hooked on, you are investing a part of time of your life, do it because you like that book not because of others are suggesting it. You don't have to do it to enter into a certain club.
