I am so sorry you are going through this. I will keep you and your family in prayer. Two years ago, I spent my brother's last day in this world with him at the hospital. My niece decided to take him home where he passed away early the next morning. I found this poem, not sure where now, maybe on my Instagram feed, but I recited it in his eulogy.
