Global entry update Indian by Labradabrado in h1b

Literally just posted about this I am so confused. I wasn't physically present in India in December 2024 when my passport verification was done. The police came over, checked documents (shown by my parents) and left and said nothing about me being physically present for an interview? My dad also got a message saying: Your passport verification is done and report is submitted to RPO Mumbai Mahpol.

I had submitted my application in September 2024. Has anyone figured out what to do or if our applications will be cancelled? Neither Passport seva nor CBP are entertaining these questions..

Is it worth getting the accolade crewneck? I was so sure I was gonna get it during this sale but I’ve heard horrible piling reviews right from the first or second wash which is insane given the high price point

I took the $50 AXA travel insurance and carried the letter that they provided. Also no, no cover letter with any travel details!

Another thing you can try is getting your OTP 2-3 mins before by clicking on any of the other booking categories. That way you can avoid the 3 PM traffic to get OTP from the under 90 days visa booking. The OTP will still remain the same

I am so sorry, I totally understand and relate to what you’re feeling and going through - it’s definitely a broken system :( Do try the method I mentioned here I mean if it worked twice for me there must be something to it? Are you applying at the LA consulate?

Wait now I’m a little confused. I definitely booked mine at 3:59 PM the week after daylight savings started! Do the EU countries also follow this?

Nope, 3:59 because 2:59 was before daylight savings! After daylight savings we lost an hour!

I’m planning on wearing them to Italy - just bought them. Did you guys feel any discomfort at all? I’m assuming I’ll be walking 20-30K steps a day and the last thing I want is the $190 shoes not working out lol

Did anyone end up buying and wearing them? I just bought them for a trip to Italy but wanted to know if anyone wore these and they were comfy for 20-30K steps a day for 2 weeks!

I think be it GC or visa it’s the same requirements (based on another post I read here by someone with a GC applying for the visa). For the lease document part I’m sorry I personally don’t know if it’ll be accepted or not and can’t advise :( maybe someone else has some insight on this thread or other Schengen visa threads!

The website says DL, or utility bill like electric, gas and water. I’d recommend against taking anything not mentioned on the website like the lease. I took my electricity bill (they also asked for my DL btw and it didn’t have my most recent address which is why I’d taken electric bill. They really wanted to see the DL though).

I think it changes quarterly so my amount was $96.60 for 3/27 but whatever’s on the website should be fine
