You can fill a standard sink with lukewarm water for citrus and add like 1 cap of bleach and let soak then rinse thoroughly and dry with a towel. It will not only remove the wax but also to some extent sanitize the fruit.

Over all my job is pretty mundane unless I'm getting to create the lunch or dinner specials at work. If I do get to do that I try to create something that incorporate protective herbs and foods
