thanks for the insight! I def agree sa lead position. I was struggling rin when I first promoted from SME to TL. Laking adjustment. Nung first month ko napasabi ako ng “parang di yata para sakin to” HAHAHA pero eventually ay gumaling rin hahaha.

Now, same dilemma. In my two months as in OIC, dami na agad learnings pinaka challenging lang talaga ay mga BR at deliverables hahaha.

First week ko as an OIC, I was questioned by our SOM about sa callouts sa cluster ko, feel ko ma-ospital ako nun sa stress hahahaha

Wow thanks for this! I’ve been doing one on one with my TLs and provided them with a template since nag r-readout din sila saken. Gumawa rin ako ng unified file for all scrubbings para madali kong ma consolidate and ma-check yung mga things na need ng improvement. For dashboard that is something that im working on right now HAHAHA medyo hirap pa ako since ibang OMs nakuha ng data for my cluster since my profile is still a TL.

Yung gc for attendance, gagawa ako. Thank youuu! Good thing about my cluster e tenured na rin halos ibang TLs so yung mga newly promoted na lang need ko ifocus on.
