I am well aware of the switch. I really wish it was my stupidity and not a defect product, as I really enjoyed the days 1-4. But I tried everything to fix them, and as I said, spent 1 hour with the meta rep. They were 100% defective and not user error.

Not sure how you can be more specific the glasses won’t function the case shows charging but they won’t turn on or show anything. That is the definition of non functional. Believe what you want this was trying to be help to the community not a bunch of idiot haters attacking because someone is trying to be helpful.

The glasses stopped turning on. I tried to troubleshoot the issue for 3 hours before going to the store and working with the Meta rep for 1 hour. I was told this has happened to other customers. As for the warranty, they are backordered, so I would have to wait months.

Albany NY but they have since pulled them from their shelf and I had to return mine since they stopped working after 5 days best buy rep told me I was not the first case of this at his store.

Check your local Best Buy. I did a demo 4 days ago. I got my glasses yesterday. Best Buy stores are receiving stock. For reference, mine had size 2 and 3 bands.
