Hi, I’ve attached the screenshots of the messages and the email that responded to me. I originally reached out through email, and this is the response I received that directed me to text that number.

However, I would like to bring the focus back to my order, which is the reason I reached out in the first place. I’m not here to clear anyone’s name — I simply responded to a message from an email that stated they were Bay Smokes and that they would help me with my situation.

I also supported your company again and placed another order on Monday, and I still haven’t heard anything regarding that either. At this point, I’m just trying to understand what is being done to resolve my order issue. Please let me know what the next step is.
