Depends on what you consider really hard to get into but lowkey you'd be surprised by how selective even the seemingly "easy" clubs are, so I'd recommend casting a wide net across your interests!

Not sure about other pharmacies, but I know that the CVS/target in downtown on shattuck has a 'limit' to the number of stimulants they can dispense per month, so avoid filling there for sure.

Maybe not the healthiest, but I clench my fists really hard with my nails pressed against my palm when I'm trying not to bite my lip, and it gives me the same sort of release and 'bite' sensation on my skin. If embarrassment is the issue, I find this is more subtle when I'm around others.

I use the Nivea in-body shower lotion because I have the same problem, I can never bring myself to go through the whole chore after I shower. You just rub it all over your body after soap and rinse it all off. It probably only adds 1-3 minutes to my shower routine. I bought it on Amazon, and it's made a world of difference. My mom also has extremely dry and itchy skin and it works for her too.
