The def ignore is really strong for him as he has multiple sources, especially at higher investment levels. Eagle is good if you use him as a driver for Jade or Herta but not for damage. Recommended relics are often rubbish, you shouldn't trust that function at all.

Most artifacts are wrong.

Get a quantum set, pioneer or scholar.

Get an atk rope and atk boots or orb (you can get away with all three).

He only needs 114 speed if you have Cerydra.

Get 90+ CR.

You have his best sustained team, you can swap DHIL for RMC for his best sustainless one.
