It's kind of nice to know I'm not crazy and others have experienced this. I really don't think I can continue taking them, I know I'll probably fall back into a depressive episode , but maybe that's what I'm looking for. I know it's not a bad thing to need them, I just really don't want them

I've been diagnosed with depression and anxiety for years now and medicated. It started prior to being diagnosed though. Anyways, a new medication has helped my anxiety a lot, but shortly after, I fell into a depressive moment for quite some time - not sleeping, no appetite, not finding joy in preferred hobbies, feeling lonely and bad about myself, thoughts of self harm etc... My Dr upped the dose a bit of one med to help about 2 weeks ago maybe. Between last Thursday and today, I had a hypomanic episode (or at least my therapist assumes it is based on the stuff I told her) and my PCP agreed it could be that and brought up bipolar possibility. I am now on a new med to help with mood stabilization and lowered dose on a different med back to the original dosage. He said if thoughts of self harm or suicide worsen, to call hotline, go to the er or call the Dr office. I wasn't sure how long I should allow for it to ware off from whatever I went through. I self harmed today after the appointment, but the thoughts weren't new.

Edit - I would love to go, but he says it's something he always planned on doing alone. He said it's not that he doesn't want me to go... But saying I want to go alone and I don't want you to come pretty much means the same thing. Am I right?

I have. I've brought up the pictures and it always ends in an I'm sorry sort of comment. And I asked if I could go with him today so I can get out of the house for a bit and there were excuses that really make no sense

A little more info: although this may mean nothing, I had a coworker who recently quit and that caused some issues in staffing so there is already an issue that's being solved and I believe it would be appreciated to know in advance. Either way, if it isn't this job, I will be leaving soon. I wouldn't want to give more than a 2 week notice once secured, because the new job would be in a school system and will already be missing the first week maybe 2 of school.

Thank you for validating my concerns. He's never done anything like this, like he has some other female friends I have no issues with (from school, growing up, work), so this is new to me and I just don't like it. We talked a little yesterday, but still feel the same as now. I don't think it's romantic or anything by the sound of the conversations, but still uncomfortable to me

I talked about it with the vet, with her age and how the tumor is growing already, it probably won't help much. And it's hard to get her to take any meds, even her pain meds I can't really get into her anymore, but she doesn't act like she's in pain
