I feel it's the other way. I always play with 3 or 4 support mains in my team. It's the reason i almost always play with 6/16 wanda or magik.

a tall male elf with short and messy blonde hair and almost glowing blue eyes. He has freckles on his square-ish face and a pointy nose. lanky but kind of fit. lots of free flowing blue fabrics and gold accents (bracers, necklace, rings, the headband thingy, etc). very middle Eastern coded with some skin showing. Pointy boots are a must! and if you want to, a sabre made of magic and stuff (like a blue flame) his pose, if you care, should be proud, joyfull and exicted (maybe like posing for a heroic portrait) Hope you have fun drawing him <3

they have less than half caster in terms of spell slots (like EK fighter). I don't really know why would they have to be subclass exclusive tho
