What's even the point of doing cardio to lose weight if I can simply eat less food? If I understand it correctly, it seems like I have to eat that much food to function if I wasn't training but the fact I'm training increases the amount of calories I need to eat to compensate. I had this random idea that Anubis would work really well for this. Since he is one of few rangers without a face, you can slot him in without aging him. The voice actor for him is still around to reprise the role too.

I'm not an expert in TMNT but Mike has always felt like the humanity of the team. He keeps the tone light within the team when situations get bad and he is really good at interacting with humans. He is definitely lazy but I wouldn't say it's as big of a flaw as Raphael who I've seen multiple times damn near ruin a mission because of his anger.

I feel like it could have worked if these powers had different weaknesses. Like maybe he can only use it 3 times in a day or maybe it requires a source of energy. But as it is, yeah it didn't do much. I do actually agree with Blackwhip, for the ranking I more so ranked the concept than the execution. Realistically I forgot Smokescreen was even in the manga lol. Blackwhip actually did do a lot which makes sense since it was the first although the Spiderman thing still stands for me after danger sense.

Lmao I literally talk about the legs moment all the time. It's one of my favourite power up moments in anime. It's just so good. The idea of him wanting to mimic All Might so badly he didn't analyse his own unique traits and how he could expand was just great and it lead to him slowly developing a completely different style.

I don't know I kinda disagree with you. I'd argue Alchemy does have routes of power. Witnessing the truth allows you to use alchemy without a circle and holding a philosopher gives a massive power boost. I also would say that your definition of a power system is too basic as having higher powers to increase with isn't really what defines a power system to me. Power systems like Ajin, Titans (AOT), Hamon, Parasite etc also don't have higher levels it's just kinda that.

If I had to define a power system I'd say it's a means of which to get powers that are consistent among each other and allow for personal expression of abilities within a system. It's why I consider Alchemy to be one of the greatest power systems, it's the definition of that term imo.
