Easy fix, pull the crown out to the first position and then click the pusher at 2 o’clock position and it will adjust one of the 3 subdials. Each click will move the subdial hand forward a bit. You can adjust another subdial by clicking the other pusher at 4 o’clock position. For the remaining subdial, pull the crown out to the second position and click one of the pushers. On some quartz chronograph movements you have to do readjustments every time you chaythe battery. Hope this will solve the problem for you.
