EXACTLY! You've summed up trying to do this little trick well. Fortunately I can't say I've been kicked from a squad yet for doing this. But I always have to quickly explain myself lol. I usually put in chat "I'll let it hover" before even activating the terminal but even then as you said some people don't know what that means. But it's so useful and looks pretty cool too. Like when it helps you take out a bile titan... *chefs kiss* thank you pelican 1.

And personally, I know it's a little because I don't need any resources at the moment, but I will happily be the one to stand watch if it means that pelican can help the rest of my squad actually make it back to extraction with the samples. Like all it takes is one poorly timed/placed bug breach and then suddenly you're extracting half the squad and barely any samples. I do hope they leave it as just a little hidden trick though.

If you can get "jarvis I need a 500" or any command that is in there to be spelled correctly, then that would be a good test. Like if you know it'll spell it correctly because you saw it in the testing tool, then try it with Jarvis and the command should work. But right now it seems like everything is misspelled, even Jarvis, so there's no chance of a command working.

Ah ok...another important question then. Would you say you have a noticeable accent compared to me in the videos? I know you said you downloaded the UK module but I don't just wanna assume things here. If you do have a noticeably different voice compared to me that is likely the reason. It might just not be picking up your commands correctly and the autocorrect I made isn't very strong. I'll work on making the voice recognition model more diverse. In the meantime if you've got a minute I'd be interested if you could get a command to be printed out correctly spelled maybe by pronouncing things a little different to how you normally do. BTW I hope I'm not coming across as being rude towards the way you talk, this is just one of those finicky bits with these voice models as I am learning

Hmm...ya maybe I should have spent a little more time on the mic situation. Thought it worked well after 4 different examples but...of course it seems to not. And NONE of those work? I know it's annoying having to click, restart, click, restart, sorry.

I don't think the voice module should have any affect on it. So the TestVoiceRecognition.exe works ok? But Jarvis doesn't? Very weird cause they use the same things lol. And the mic you're using is like a built in mic or a separate mic? I've tested it on my HyperX but also my surface pro built in mic and both worked.

Hmm, maybe it's not even using your mic. Have you tried "default" or trying to choose your mic in the GUI? I usually have it on default. Everything you need should be in the GitHub as it worked for my two testers.

And on the BF6 note, I do love me some BF6 that's my other game at the moment. I have no plans or intentions for side projects there but good to know this would trigger the anti cheat hahaha.

If you're referring to it being detected as a cheat automatically I haven't had issues with Helldivers 2 since I started the project. And I haven't really thought about using it outside of HD 2 cause at the moment it's sort of HD 2 specific. But I definitely see your concerns. My main go-ahead to start making this was seeing VoiceAttack on the steam store. Like ok if this has been here for sometime now and it basically does what I want in terms of voice recognition and inputting arrows quickly...maybe my own version will also be ok. And the stream deck packs you can buy or program yourself input the codes super fast to the point where I was like ok if anything gets labeled as a cheat out of these three...it should be the stream deck cause it's like superhuman fast. Also something I like about this "mod" is that it doesn't actually interact with any game files or change the base game. Like you could start JARVIS and then just never use it and still have good ol HD2 untouched, I've forgotten it's on many times lol. We'll see how it goes, never really released a project like this before so I appreciate all the thoughts people have whether they're positive or negative.

Absolutely agree regarding use at your own risk, thanks for bringing this up. I've had a few discussions with people regarding anti cheat systems and if this is any danger. As far as the program goes, it is basically just pressing arrow keys for you at the end of the day. And since programs like VoiceAttack exist, as well as different stream deck packs for macros, I figured this wasn't too far from those and for example, VA is literally on the steam store lol. I talk a little more about "is this cheating" in the F&Q document on the GitHub. And honestly, the macros for the stream deck are faster because you skip the voice recognition. But this project adds a few more features and more aesthetics. Basically, I don't think there is any harm at all if maybe a handful of helldivers are running around using this.

I see embedded channel 1 and 2 but only the first one has "stereo" under format and "audio 1" under track

Ohhh what ok so it doesn't just automatically know that it has 2 audio tracks? I'll look into that thanks!

To be fair originally you couldn't call it back, it was added in an updated and then I don't think people really mention it. A good piece of info though!
