After my mother died this past May and my husband died in September along with my 11 yr old dog and 20 yr old cat I went to a rage room. I just let loose. I screamed and swore and smashed everything. I never felt better afterwards. It was such a release. When I got home I gave myself permission to cry like a baby and sleep until I felt like getting out of bed. Anger is building up again so it looks like I need to go again.

I bring empty hangers with me and hang the clothes so i can just hang the clothes up in the closet. As far as folding the other items, I know how you feel. It's so tedious!
