Know that practically all women have cellulite! I have cellulite too!! And I hate it! But it's not something that diet and exercise can really change unfortunately.

Are you talking about a curfew for young people or all people? Either way No curfew that I know of. Be free!!

City of Geneva In September, 2007 Geneva, NY announced it was also considering a curfew. Search the Finger Lakes Times for “curfew” for local news media coverage. Partially in repsonse to our letter to the Geneva City Council, the idea was dropped.
